Do I need to register before use?
You are automatically registered when you open your account.
What information will I need to know when I call in?
When you call in you will need to know your four-digit pin for security. The first time you call in this pin will be the last four digits of the primary account holder’s social security number. During your first call you will be prompted to change your pin.
What do I do if I'm locked out?
For your account security you only have three attempts to enter your pin correctly. After three incorrect attempts your account will automatically lock. If this occurs call Client Services – 877.621.7658 – to have your account unlocked.
