Robert Kyslinger

Robert Kyslinger is the owner and CEO of OMNIPOTECH which he founded in 2001. OMNIPOTECH was originally created as an IT certification school featuring primarily CompTIA, Microsoft and Cisco curriculum where Robert was certified in fourteen IT programs. OMNIPOTECH’s core business is providing outsourced IT services including private cloud, disaster recovery, collaboration, communications, helpdesk, and security services to firms from 1-2500 employees. The firm is located in Houston and services four main sectors: Petrochemical service providers, real estate & construction, manufacturing, and the money industry including accounting, private equity, wealth management, and family offices. OMNIPOTECH supports users in 13 states and 11 countries and operates their own private cloud and hosted telephone system infrastructure for clients since 2003.  The firm has been a multiyear member of the INC 5000, Houston Business Journal Top 25 IT Service Providers, and Ingram Micro 500.   Mr. Kyslinger provides outsourced CIO services to OMNIPOTECH’s clients and advises owners, shareholder groups, and board members regarding IT matters related to regulatory compliance, third-party audits, cybersecurity, and growth. He is a board member and chairman of the IT committee for GrahamJB6 the holding company for Citizens State Bank based in Woodville, Texas.  Mr. Kyslinger also serves as an industry advisor to Stuart Career Tech High School and Lee College in Baytown which is a pathways to technologies (P-TECH) campus that allows students to obtain their high school diploma and IT certifications upon high school graduation.  He is a speaker at IT and other industry events on cybersecurity and cloud computing and writes a column on IT related matters for BIC Magazine which serves the petrochemical industry.  Robert has been married for twenty years and has two teenage sons who are both pursuing careers in the IT services industry.
