Jesse Gonzalez

Mr. Gonzalez is an independent business consultant and a registered Professional Engineer. Mr. Gonzalez is the former Chairman of the Board of SpawGlass Companies (a construction company), is past President of the local chapters of Associated Builders and Contractors and Associated General Contractors of America, and is past Chairman of the Greater Heights Chamber of Commerce. Mr. Gonzalez served as a director of Commercial Bancshares, Inc (“CBI”) and Commercial State Bank (“CSB”) from October 2010 until January 1, 2018 when CBI was acquired by FFIN. Mr. Gonzalez also served as a director of Partners Bank of Texas from 2003 until 2007. He is a Life Member of the Houston Alumni Organization and serves on the University of Houston Civil and Environmental Engineering Industrial Board, as well as on the University of Houston Engineering Leadership Board. In addition, he continues to serve on the Board of Conewago Enterprises of Hanover, Pennsylvania. Mr. Gonzalez is a distinguished alumnus of the University of Houston, holding a degree in civil engineering.
