Harold E. Allison, III ‘Trey’

Began his career with Citizens State Bank in 1996 as Vice President with responsibilities of Woodville Branch Manager and Retail Loan Officer. He was promoted to Sr. Vice President in 2000 with responsibilities of Sr. Officer of CSB Operations and Sr. Lending Officer. As he progressed through the ranks of CSB, Trey was promoted to Executive Vice President in 2003 and assumed the duties of Chief Operations Officer, became a Director of Citizens State Bank, and was named President of CSB Banking Group. In 2011, he was promoted to President of Citizens State Bank while retaining duties of Chief Operations Officer and Chief Lending Officer. In December 2018, he was named President and Chief Executive Officer while retaining the duties of Chief Operations Officer. Trey also served as Vice President of Security Bancshares, Inc., the holding company of Citizens State Bank. With the acquisition of CSB by GrahamJB6, Trey now serves as President- East Texas Region. Trey is a lifelong resident of Woodville, Texas in Tyler County. Trey and his wife, Sharice, have been married for 35 years and have two married sons and one granddaughter. Trey graduated from Texas A&M University in 1987 and The Graduate School of Banking at Louisiana State University in 2006.
